Shipping policy

Processing Time:

  • Orders are processed within 2-5 business days. Please note that orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.

  • If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in the shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.

Shipping Time:

  • Shipping times vary based on location and the shipping method selected. Generally, shipping may take 15 to 35 working days.

  • Delivery delays can occasionally occur due to unforeseen circumstances such as customs delays, natural disasters, or other logistical issues.

Shipping Confirmation:

  • You will receive a shipping confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.

  • If you do not receive your shipping confirmation email within 5 days of placing your order, please contact our customer support team.

Shipping Costs:

  • Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

  • International shipping rates may apply for orders outside of the standard shipping zones.

Customs, Duties, and Taxes:

  • Our company is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).
